Fresh ingredients, open kitchen, real cooking. Prep and line work for a small, focused menu that changes with the seasons. No Sysco. No shortcuts.
$10 - $12 / hr + Tips
Be the face of Disco Napoli. High-energy service in a 100-seat room that goes from dinner to dance floor. Nightclub experience a plus — personality required.
$10 - $12 / hr + Tips
Craft cocktails at a 20-foot racetrack bar in the middle of the action. Italian classics, nightclub originals, and a high-energy room. Must be 21+. Top bartenders clear well above base with tips.
$16 - $18 / hr
The most important person in the kitchen. Keep the operation running smooth. Flexible schedules, good crew, free shift meal.
$20 - $25 / hr
